The process that needs to occur in order for them to change Founder statuses is for our community to reach consensus on who our Founders will be. Once we do reach consensus, we will submit them our decision in writing and ownership will be transferred thusly.<br>
<br></div>Eddan, if you are proposing a triumvirate rather than a sole Founder, it would probably be best to reach out to Bill and Justin directly to ask if they would be interested. We decided to go with Marc on the basis of him being present and accepting [Jordan and I both declined]. <br>

An IRC channel may have up to 4 founders, and as many ops as desired. We discussed this for awhile at the meeting, and unanimously agreed to give Marc foundership, at which point he can distribute op / foundership status to another trusted member, who can then grant op/foundership status in turn.<br>
