According to the 3500 form, we need to send in both our articles and
our bylaws, so they need to be finalized somehow to print and ship
with our paperwork.<br>

We are using what you wrote and expanded it and edited it for
question 8! So yeah, not being duplicitous :) In fact, we're using
the same etherpad, so look at that for the second edit.<br>
<br>
In order to make sure the articles are up to date, we need to
control-f search through meeting notes real quick to find any
amendments which were agreed upon and not added to the wiki. We also
need to solidify the bylaws enough to ship them out. I'm down for
copy editing and reading through all of our articles and bylaws, but
it'd be way useful if someone found when they were last updated on
the wiki and then did a quick search of meeting notes from then to
now for the word "amendment" or something to find any amendments
that need to be added. <br>

community-oriented groups sponsored by sudo room members related
to the development and execution of projects benefitting the
public and/or advancing specific areas of knowledge within the
scope of sudo room's mission;</p>
<p>-formal and informal work sessions where sudo room members and
their guests use shared equipment located in sudo room to
execute projects otherwise out of reach of individual community
members, and in the process bring in share knowledge related to
these projects with others.</p>

(b) when the activity was or will be initiated.</p>
<p>-most events occur on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis on
days determined to be most convenient for the volunteers hosting
the specific activity or activities;</p>

by community members subject to approval by other members on a
