meetings last
year where
consensus was
clear about
the direction
we wanted to
go, but it was
just never
implemented.
If we can have

that's icing
on the cake,
but I say just
do what we
need to do for
now, including
mailing it
before
Wednesday if
need be. From
what I
understand,
we'll have the
chance to
change things
again when we
do 501c3 so
it's just an
interim
