Instead of math being conveniently enslaved by computer science to do computer science stuff, the mathematicians ganged up on us and turned things the other way around.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11529\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11529\" style=\"width: 400px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/64.225.113.37\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/IMG_3726.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11529\" src=\"http:\/\/64.225.113.37\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/IMG_3726.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3726\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11529\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Computer science always annoys the math bear<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Some observations, staying civil but&#8230;cats always annoy bears.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mathematicians often use computer science to build tools to check their work: notation and proof checking.<\/li>\n<li>Computer scientists use math to help find clarity in their algorithms and see what&#8217;s going on to be able to build more complex data structures, make good reusable functional code, and make their code more powerful<\/li>\n<li>Computer scientists can be so damn imprecise!
