Okay. My short term solution idea was to stop using occupy and shift requests directly to the calendar (then we'd have one calendar). I was gonna ask a few key people like Jenny and Yar if there was a good reason not to do this... Will try to work on this in the next few weeks unless folks think it's a bad idea.

I was gonna call a a few places like La Peña to see what they use for the SMS purpose to see if we could crowd source the most useful one. And Jenny's consultation sounds like a good start too.
