When you click through the links, it looks like they're trying to get people to sign up to participate in a hackathon focused on having people build blockchain applications.

The hackathon is Oct 29. I'd be down for going. At the very least it would be a good opportunity to get together to work on the project and get some free food.

Didn't have time to dig into details/requirements but at a glance looks like it could be a fit.
