So we had some issues just after we switched to a new IP, but now you
just occasionally get "i am not a robot" page if you have cookies disabled.

You could also try writing to them.

We could, but wikipedia specifically has a policy against open proxies:

So if someone decides to abuse wikipedia from the mesh they will block us and it is very unlikely that they will unblock us.
