So, now ISPs can compete with faceb**k, g**gle, tw*tt*r? That should be interesting.

And, wouldn't switching to some no-log VPN  or Tor render the data unusable for ISPs?

I found that this bill helps me to show others how much power ISPs have and how little the FCC is going to do about this. 

All and all, I think that this bill (enacted or not) provides yet another excellent reason to consider, and experiment with, alternate models to building networks... like peoplesopen!
