I'm not sure how best to represent the VPN part. I thought it extended from the 2.4GHz nodes all the way to the exit nodes; kind of like a wrapper (or tunnel; based on perspective). Based on color and location, it looks like the VPN only extends from relay nodes to the exit nodes.

Maybe that's the way it is and I've got it all wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. ;)
