If someone else wants to bottom-line it, then speak up and it can still happen.

I was hoping we could do a quick mount on the Omni roof, and while I did manage to go on the roof and figure out where to mount the node and talk to the landlord, he wanted a drawing and written explanation before approving anything.

We have a node lined up for the coming week, and maybe we can do the Omni mount on the same day.
