As someone who's pretty new to networking, this video was very helpful in clarifying a lot of confusion I had about what is going on behind the scenes.
It's almost 5 hours long and has a lot of valuable information. One caveat I would give is that the first 45 minutes are so are devoted to configuring the software and can probably be skipped.
