Perhaps we can combine this with a Sunday node mount ... we'll just have to find a node mount with view / within reach of the proposed areas.

Hey y'all, would anyone be interested in trying to provide WiFi to
homeless encampments?
I realize right now we are focused on building the network, but when we
are ready, I think serving homeless encampments would be nice because it
would be a great service for people with (potentially) a low cost for
us. There are several encampments around Oakland that are in strategic
locations for nodes to, like MLK and Grand, Broadway and 7th.
Does anyone know of good potential locations?
