Wow, what a great update to wake up to! Glad to have Jehan back on board :)
Here's a direct link to that tweet. 4 of my favorite faces with such big smiles! <3 https://twitter.com/wrought/status/628780791741313024
I don't see the meshvg animation using Firefox on Ubuntu.

The BattleMesh livestream is working now. The wireless hackers finally fixed the network problems ;) - current talk is on CJDNS, and the next talk in an hour or so will be on the new FCC ruling re: router hacking: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxfh-2aOR5hZUjxJLQ2CIHw

Meeting lots of interesting new people working on such things as building the Free Software movement in India, creating a mesh network on an island in Greece, another Greek connecting 14 villages fed by bandwidth from the nearest city's university, a Swede following sudomesh and beginning to develop a network for his village (actually, turns out most everyone I've met so far follows our documentation!), Julius, the French developer of Babel, and lots of folks from Freifunk, Ninux, and Guifi.

I'll be at CC Camp next week and then to Catalonia for another week :)

Cheers from across the pond!

We had more of a work meeting than a meeting-meeting.

Jehan came by. He's interested in hooking back into the mesh and is going to make a nice good-looking version of that terrible white-board diagram I did to showcase how the multiple interfaces in home and extender nodes are tied together.

Nic came by and we iterated on the pamphlet he's working on.

TechLiminal came by and this happened: https://twitter.com/sudoroom

I started working on an animated diagram for the web UI to show the home node and all of its connections. Here's an early test of active and inactive wired connections:

Here's the code:
