We currently welcome people who are willing to read at least some of the documentation on the wiki before showing up, who will work consistently over several months, and who are willing to show initiative in figuring out what needs doing and then doing it. We are not currently in a position to take on volunteers who expect to be working under a boss, manager or mentor. That being said, we will of course give an overview of the current state of the project and possible things to work on and we do help each other out when we get stuck.
