Are inputs up to 15V tolerant?  Alot of battery chargers go up to 14.8V so if you want to be able to charge battery while connected it would be good to ensure whatever voltage regulator (not sure if onboard or a separate power board/deadbug) can handle.  I use LM7805s which have input voltage up to 35V if you want to run on a 24v battery, not the most efficient but I have never had problems.

The TP-Link N750 units take 4.75V to 18V, the Westen Digital N600 units take 4.5v to 23v and Ubiquiti gear takes 10.5 to 25v:
