I passed along the rewritten proposal to John (and mocked up the new image myself, since it was missing from the re-write, I hope that is ok).
I would like to pass something along to all y'all (which I just received today), which is the new condo they're about to build atop of where Rise Above's old shop was on 4700 Telegraph.
I don't know the height of the current building (that they will tear down) is, but you may want to make sure we still have line-of-sight to the hills once the new building is up. IE, I'm thinking this might affect the ultimate height of the mounting pole.
