Marc,

This is the information you requested.
Let me know if you need any other info, or if I should bring the node in for reconfguration.

Brad

I had two problems with my module, on my Ubuntu 12.04 system.

Thanks you so much for reporting this and for including details!

Could you try to connect to the stationsquare network and then ssh into your node as root (should be ssh root@172.30.0.1) and check if ifconfig lists an interface called l2tp0 and if the command "batctl o" shows any other nodes in range? Could you also try to ping 10.42.10.10 (the internet gateway)?

It sounds like your node is not tunneling to the internet gateway or something is going wrong with the tunnel. Honestly we've been having issues with the exit node, so the problem could be at our end, but if you give us that info from the node we can at least see if it thinks it's connected. We're working on monitoring tools to better troubleshoot these issues.

Could you also give me the MAC/HWaddr address of the br-openmesh interface of the node?

The admin network stationsquare works fine, but when I connected to peoplesopen.net I could not find any name servers.
When I look for help at h.sudomesh.org I get a access forbidden message.

The /etc/resolv.conf file contains

nameserver 127.0.0.1

I replaced this with

nameserver 10.0.37.1

and the name lookups worked, but the browser still could not resolve names.
That's where I left it.

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   peoplesopen.net
Address: 199.175.52.221

Did anyone else have similar issues?
