Hey everybody, thanks for the offers of help. I had made a dumb mistake, but I have now fixed it, and @peoplesopen.network webmail works. Forwarding still doesn't work for anything though. Marc, I think it will be pretty quick. The other option is to not use the server for forwarding and just use it for sending from @peoplesopen.network addresses only.
