Hey there. So I'd floated the idea of having the board meeting tomorrow but I'm not sure if we should proceed because no one responded that they could make it.

I'm thinking we should have it next Tuesday (or the next?) instead so we have more time to prepare. I'd like to make sure everyone who wants to be there can make it. I'll send out a Loomio thing.

Ben and I are moving down to LA at the end of this month, indefinitely, so we'll both be stepping down from the board. We wanted to be able to do that formally but also see y'all for a last (for now) meeting. <3
