Thanks Grant. Probably was that I was running a few diff things on that box (PON, dat, VPN, patchwork, Tor, work WiFi, also was trying a mdm profile install). Well, and while swapping among them probably the tcp stack got screwed up. Turning the wifi on and off was nothelping, At the same time I didn't want to reboot. :p
