i think we just need a few horsepower, enough to run a cylinder under load and turn an auger to drill a well. the specs on the OSE powercube i think showed 25HP. I am down to hack one together if we have the parts handy, just seems like a fully assembled one would be best to start off with and reverse engineer. could do electric, gas, diesel, LP, NG whatevs. they have some tri-fuel generators but not sure if that translates to the hydraulic pump world.
