The 11th Workshop Weekend is taking place in downtown Oakland this weekend (Dec 12-13) and we're looking for a few volunteers to help check people in, give directions, help connect laptops, and handle random issues as they come up. (Most of the time will be relatively relaxed, and feel free to bring a book or something to work on when nothing's going on.)

Volunteers are asked to help out for a 4-hour time block on Saturday on Sunday. We'll treat you to dinner on Thursday night and your admission is on us (normally $40) if you want to take any of the workshops offered during the evening.
