A set of bagpipes showed up in CCL a few days ago - anyone know who these belong to? I have too much respect for bagpipes to just leave these out like this, so I'm going to put them in secure storage.

If you think they're yours, let me know what else was with the pipes, and which pipe band's business cards I found with them. If I don't hear anything, I'll be contacting that pipe band in a couple days...
