Apologies for the delay. I've had a think on the engagement letter, and have decided to be ok with hashing it out in the open. It's very unusual to do it that way, but I take it Sudo's not much into orthodoxy for its own sake. Neither am I, frankly.

To upgrade the plan on Github, they require proof of 501c3 status or local equivalent. Does that mean proof of our CA nonprofit status will suffice?
