I have to get going, but if anyone needs more info about this issue, please, let me know.

This donated switch (see subject) will be replaced, it is my bad. 

I should have checked the logs after factory reset it, and before configuring and putting it into production. 

Ports 9,10,11,12 are reporting: "PD Other Fault indication"

For now, since the PoE  feature its not being used on this switch, I turned it off in all ports (1-24).
