Delinquent property taxes in the amount of $201,161 are due for the Omni Commons Building (Alameda parcel 13-1161-1) Property tax default foreclosure proceedings may be initiated by next year:

There is still time to apply for a payment plan to avoid tax foreclosure. But instead of $40K/year taxes would be increased to $60K/year to pay off back taxes. According to the Alameda county tax collector it is still possible to apply for a waiver of penalties for 2020 taxes but the deadline to apply is May 6 2021.

AFAIK sudo is still very much in the red. I think the next steps should be:

1) determine exactly how much we still owe
2) gofundme for that amount, plus may, june & july rent
3) make a plan to be sustainable beyond july

Insurance inspection went as well as we could have hoped. Loan
application is being finalized and hopefully submitted tomorrow.
