Hi sudoers.

I added some donation guidelines so people will know what to bring and what not to bring to sudo room:

Now we can just point people here if they ask about dropping off donations.

I also added a link to this page from the left menu of the sudo wiki.

Of course feel free to edit/append if you don't agree with the list.
