Try Seaport Stainless - Bobby always said they'd sell the laser cut parts cheaper than he could get the sheet itself and pretty much sole sourced to them.  I assume they also have mild/carbon steel if needed.

emphasis on clean and precise edges, it needs to look good.  We can live with
anywhere from 16gauge to 22gauge (1/16" to 1/32") but we'd like to get it done
