You may remember that we spoke very briefly at the Swartz memorial hackathon about Sudo Room’s non-profit status and ongoing compliance woes.

 

I am still interested in helping Sudo Room get its legal ducks in a row. Would you like to do a phone call or meet to talk about what needs doing? If you keep hours at EFF, we could certainly meet nearby. (I’m near 6th and Mission, at least for the next few months.)
