all of those words make sense to me - should we attempt to define bureaucracy somehow? i volunteer to spearhead a committee to report in every 3 weeks and collect input from members via approved channels, which will then be reprocessed through cumulative human error then regurgitated according to whatever schedule is ratified by a separate subcommittee which I leave to someone else to spearhead and really get the ball rolling.
