Max, whatever you are doing this morning I would suggest you come down to the basement and deal with your pile of boxes and other flammable material that is not neatly stacked or it is going to the dump

Robb, your giant stuff pile in the basement room going to be removed or at least stacked in some sane way in the next hour as this is the biggest fire hazard.
