I wouldn't say he's "flat out lying" - I think he may have gotten the impression that it was resolved. But unless Ryan says it is resolved, it isn't.

Joe, it sounds like he flat out lied to you. He makes a member feel
unsafe and is not welcome until that issue is resolved. That's the
only story anyone needs to know at this point. Our policies are very
clear about that.
