For now, I think we'll just make some simple test patterns. How thin a line do you think we can do with a simple toner transfer? Also, what is the typical thickness of the copper layer on a PCB?

can you send the pattern you want to etch and tell me the exact dimensions you need for the copper lines? and we need to be able to print the pattern, in mirror-image 100% scale, from a laser printer that we will feed glossy paper.

of a PCB as a mold to cast silicone rubber on top, to make a microfluidic
