Actually what promoted this email was the idea that sudo doesn't have spacious seating/standing-desks/wheel-chair space, and I realized that it's like the little rascals in there, and the clubhouse is about to burn down(metaphorically).  God help us if it did.   

Honestly, I don't care what goes in the space, which is why the stickers idea came about from JC(not my idea), and it was a really good one.   The idea isn't to just move stuff out, the idea is to have a discussion, and when we feel like everyone has had a chance to speak up on this, then we can start to move out, because it's more inline with consensus. 

I submit that we discuss it to death this week, and then have a general vibe about the issue, and then give 2 weeks notice and stickers.
