I can't remember how I ended up involved with MediaJustice and Mijente, but I got an email about it from their newsletter. I've never been to this event before, but I have attended a different conference on media and social justice called Allied Media Conference put on by the Allied Media PRoject in Detroit; they're not doing it anymore but it was amazing.
