The Outreach Program for Women (OPW) helps women get involved in free
and open source software. We provide a supportive community for
beginning to contribute any time throughout the year and offer focused
internship opportunities twice a year with a number of free software
organizations.
Applications are now accepted for the new round of the Outreach Program
for Women internships. The application deadline is
November 11, 2013 and
the internship dates are

from the Southern Hemisphere, who will have a summer school break during
this time, as well as non-students from around the world are encouraged
to apply. Coding, design, documentation and other projects are
available. The applicants are asked to collaborate with mentors from the

to make a contribution relevant to the project they are applying for
during the application process. The accepted participants will work
