So this is what happened:  In the late winter/early spring of 2017, Psi Vesely was angry because I wanted to sleep instead of have sex. After saying no at least three times, I fell asleep, then woke up from REM sleep because I could not breathe, and discovered that I could not breathe because Psi had their hands wrapped around my neck.

For a while, they claimed not to remember, then I got an apology. Very recently, however (winter 2019) they claimed to remember me being awake during the incident. They claimed not to remember me saying "no," or "I am falling asleep now," but they do have some recollection of thinking that choking me "might turn [me] on again." Calling them in by myself has not been working (they get angry, gaslight, and act insulted), and at this point it causes me a considerable amount of anxiety. They claim I am the only person this has happened with, but I am not sure at this point that I believe that, for reasons beyond just this one conversation. At least for a little while, I would prefer not to see them at the omni, and am also calling on other community members who know and care about Psi to maybe put in some (hopefully) more effective emotional labor if they feel so inclined. I have known them a long time, and it has been complicated. I hope they will listen to someone other that me.
