As for the door charge--it was a mis-label. The 22nd St door had some damage on the smaller door that has two latches (top and bottom). Sudoers have in the past used the top latch to prop the door open while standing outside, etc. I did notice recently that it had suffered some serious damage and the top latch was not working at all. It's plausible sudoers contributed to this, so paying the $100 for that and getting on with the rest of the deposit is more or less fair in my opinion.
Between the Public School and Sudo Room, we may have wrangled all the keys, more to report soon...
I'm going to drop by 2141 in a few minutes to see about getting our deposit check.
