I can look in the router's logs but it doesn't do the wifi, that's a separate "ruckus controller"

So if anyone has a mac, and is technical, please try to gather some info and figure out what's going on.  Probably most people affected by this are just assuming our wifi is crappy but there is probably something specific that we might be able to fix?
