I think it is high time that we start considering some paid positions to help run the Omni, and I couldn't think of anybody I'd like to see more in that position than Jenny. She has been a marvel of dedication and competence.

I'd be happy to skip the 3 month trial as well - we've already had her on a "free trial" for many years...
