Hey all,

I'm having some trouble with shawn in the bookstore.

He comes in and makes a mess and is rude and obstinate when I ask him to clean it up. In general he's pretty nasty to me and while I am sympathetic to his situation I'm going to have to start asking him to leave the bookstore when I am here.
