Yay!

Reminder that the collab notepad lives at https://pad.riseup.net/p/sudomtg (tee'd up the general outline but am not tuned into latest updates & omni proposals, so please add to that, folks who are!)

The general flow is Intros -> Updates/Announcements -> New Members discussion -> Omni Proposals -> Other discussion items added to the agenda (again at https://pad.riseup.net/p/sudomtg)

I can share updates on current finances (savings, debt to omni, current monthly income/expenses), but not much else atm..

Off the top of my head, some things ToDo:

* Update sudoroom & omni website/calendar with recurring event deets (currently weekly hardware hack night on tuesdays & sudoroom general meetings on wednesdays.. oh! and monday lasercutting w/ Lulu? Did that happen this past Monday?)

* Get more folks admin'ing social media / chatserver / website (ask me for login deets!)

* Encourage existing / new members to support with the above, as well as facilitating meetings/events & helping w/ admin tasks like paying rent, new member onboarding, participation in Omni governance & building maintenance tasks, etc

Last night we had new people visiting, a surprise visit from folks who haven't been around in a long time _and_ a bunch of great donations of all kinds of components, microcontrollers and random useful bits (that have mostly been sorted into bins).

We have at least one new potential member to formalize as an actual member and a bunch of updates on improvements that have been happening in sudo room, and the greater Omni, so come hang out!
