The wifi at omni is not working right.  It's a centralized system donated and
installed by a sudoroom member who may not be available to work on it more.

It's a Ruckus WiFi system and the main "controller" is in the server rack in
sudoroom, and it needs to be reconfigured or reflashed or something (we don't
have the original password so it needs to be factory reset)
