Technically, MC Hawking IS a wheelchair, you might just need to disconnect a few peripherals to make it comfortable enough to work. Also, definitely not the safest option....the IMPORTANT! section on the Noisebridge Wiki is rather amusing on the subject. I wouldn't recommend it unless your friend is durable and hack-inclined.
