Whoa that seems really basic, like Step 0 for organizing the space and routine maintenance. If the sudo wiki doesn't have some kind of instruction manual for the space w/ basic info on routine cleaning etc., then maybe we should make one.  I'm moving back to Oakland and hopefully can pitch in soon.  Steps 1 thru 9000 are a bit involved (storing and organizing everything sanely so things can be found, maybe better separating work and storage spaces, etc.) but I have seen other hackerspaces get things organized!
