I'd like to use government data to make an iPhone mobile app [[native]] for my programming portfolio.
Has anyone worked with the socrata open data?
they manage the sf open data website... there's interesting stuff there, like all the films that were filmed in SF, and their locations and actors, etc.
It would be a fun geolocation app.
would anyone be interested in collaborating?
