Joe, it sounds like he flat out lied to you. He makes a member feel
unsafe and is not welcome until that issue is resolved. That's the
only story anyone needs to know at this point. Our policies are very
clear about that.

I was actually going to bring him up for discussion at the coming sudo meeting for a bunch of other reasons. Looks like he pre-empted that. I don't think mediation is worth our time here. We have seen repeated instances of aggressive behavior and behavior that is otherwise hurtful to the Omni which has involved many other people. It is obviously not only an interpersonal problem between two people.
