David-
You are right on the button with the COI's and I
appreciate it. Regarding Fire Insurance: according to Traci, Hartford is
extending coverage for your group until July 30. Perhaps I should ask for
a binder from Hartford.
The move went rather smoothly though we missed a
few things. We will take those upstairs for now. Your group was
quite polite and orderly and I thank them. Our workers just finished for the day. Here's what we didn't
get done:
- Concrete room: The far table has been
dismantled. The floor is cluttered. The near table is full of
things. We have many boxes that needs to be moved out. I have a
bookcase full of outmoded software books etc. Some Sci-American and ACM
magazines. I have cleaned out the paint bin and left some cans that
might be useful. But alas! I lost the paint and color for the outside
gray.
- Bulky pick-up has been scheduled for Wednesday
(the only day of the week). We have many cubic feet of bulky in the
cooler room ready to be taken to the sidewalk in the morning, Tuesday, the
earliest we can put it out.. There is also a phalanx of boxes in the
concrete room ready to go out as well.
- Basement: It should be ready to move in, but we
have books and magazines shelved, most of which we plan to leave. That's
the report I got, anyway.
- Kitchen: We have some bottles and cans ready to go
to the CA cash-refund guy. We have asked him to come by tomorrow.
We are leaving 3 electric stoves, 2 reefers and a floor freezer. I
understood that would be OK, hope so.
- Barroom: Didn't get to remove that long scratch
and re-wax.
- Outside: I will repair the tears in the
awning, with your permission, and will paint out the graffiti,
- Doors to upstairs: These have been
installed.
- Circuit breakers: Cover-plates, etc.
installed--except for the main one--there are difficulties but being
addressed.
That's the main picture, I am deeply sorry we are
not completely vacated. There will be two workers tomorrow at 8:30 am to
finish up, and I humbly request your permission.
I will look forward to greeting you about 11
am. I will have 7 keys ready to give you.
Regards,
John Givens

Hi John,
Attached please find the Certificates of Insurance for the OOC and signing
member entities.
The meatier policy booklets are still on their way, should you require
those. All are from State Farm except for Livespace (the dancers') insurance,
which is provided by F.Dean.
If you look at Livespace's policy, you will note it says 'OMNIdance aka
Livespace'. Livespace recently decided to change their name to OMNIdance. The
insurers are aware of this, and ergo both names are listed on the
policy.
The State Farm certificates, as generated by their system, apparently only
have room for one additional named insured on their form -- that being you --
but in fact, the member entity policies do name OOC as an additional named
insured, as well as comply with the Waiver of Subrogation, the 'primary'
language for your insurance and so forth. Should you have questions, you can of
course just let me know or feel free to email / call State Farm Agent Thomas
Kliensmith directly at:

Also, I wanted to set a schedule for tomorrow. It's been an extremely
hectic time what with moving for us, I am not sure what you have perhaps already
coordinated with Jordan (Yar) re: arrival on Tuesday?
In any case I am planning to come by not long after 11AM - I am tentatively
meeting Joe Lisner there, as well as a carpenter to look at some things. I hope
you or Mary will be there?
I also wanted to apologize if Sudo's moving operations have been overly
burdensome to you and Mary. It's been a spectacular amount of work on our end
coordinated amongst many volunteers to get things moved - obviously, I know you
have a great deal of moving to do yourselves, so I am grateful to you that you
have both been tolerant of the motley crew of schleppers that have stepped up to
help.
Many thanks,
David
