I have to say, the vanilla seemed to be a complete game-changer.  We made some *pretty* good stuff after you left and took your toys away, Ray, but it just wasn't the same!

I made a batch of "sudo pop" this past weekend according to the NB instructions but used stevia instead of sugar.  It was pretty good!

I like Xylitol.  Sucralose is my favorite though.
