- We need to have the scaffolding down, the ballroom and mezzanine mopped and all it's bathrooms super dooper clean before 4pm tomorrow (Sunday) for the $3K afternoon/evening event that goes til 10.
- I need one other person aside from Chris Bee to help keep track of bikes that will be parked inside in The cafe & Gabriela's area. 4-10pm
- Ben, Joe and I will also volunteer at the event outside as 'neighborhood ambassadors'
- Although they offered to pay bike parkers/watchers directly, that has been clarified and all $ is going to Omni - not to worry.
I am hoping that those organizing Alette can help clean up after their event - with 1.5 hands I am sort of not very efficient right now -
